I set up a payment plan in January to settle a CHB HICBC Payments (except April) are showing online but getting overdue warnings and statement in post saying overdue/late Just called HMRC and told not to worry but it is unsettling that the payment plan seems to be overlooked?

I set up a Direct Debit for my Self Assessment return. Confirmation received in January that future and final payment (September) all set up. Direct Debits have been taken Statement received today and March and April payments not showing plus stated overdue Online not showing either and overdue amount different What’s happening here?
