Hi, I was just wondering if you managed to get any answers to your questions? I’m in a very similar situation. I’m also the only director of my limited company considering moving to Dubai. Primarily trying to figure out if the income from my uk business would be subject to uk income tax if I were a UAE tax resident? Also whether or not I’m able to spend any time working in the UK at all? Thanks Ailish
