What is the postal address I need to use to write to HMRC and request to leave the Flat Rate VAT Scheme? Is it possible to do this over the phone or online?

Our business is non UK established (we are established in Australia). We submitted our VAT application several weeks ago and were recently informed that the certificate was sent to the principal place of business address listed in the application. However, we have since relocated our principal place of business to a new address and, as a result, are unable to receive the original letter. Could you please advise how I can request for reissue of my VAT Registration Certificate to my new business address?
