Carers Allowance level for 2024/25 seems wrong
Hi, I'm in receipt of carers allowance, and on my Income Tax estimate for next year on the HMRC website it gives this as being £4,857, which is then taken off my personal allowance. I am very confused because the Government website gives the new level of carers allowance for 2024/25 as £81.90/week, which comes to £4,258/year. That's a £600 discrepancy! What is the explanation for this?
