I am a portrait artist, and i had some UK client that buying my works from my website https://usa2z.co, and seems the VAT is quite complicate, when they placing the order, shopify charged the tax, while when the painting arrive in the UK, my client was charged again by the customs. Is there any a better way for them to simplify all these?
