  • Getting through to speak to someone

    I have twice attempted to get through to an advisor to discuss a personal tax matter. Each time I have been disconnected rather than having the possibility to wait. This is after a period of 2 minutes 15 seconds before you can even interact with the service after taking a call. After approximately 5 minutes, and after supplying security information, I am told there is a long wait time but everyone is too busy and I am disconnected with a message. This is really not acceptable. Can you please advise how to speak to an advisor?
