  • Tax working Abroad for UK company

I am a non-resident UK Citizen living outside of UK and Europe. I am working for a UK company remotely online. I rarely visit the UK and don't come close to qualifying as a tax resident when I do. Currently I get paid in a bank account outside of the UK however I am interested in swapping that back to the UK. As I understand it I have no tax commitments as I work and live abroad so there should be no issue with me doing this and I won't need to pay any tax or even submit any tax forms. Secondly if anyone has any experience with Student Loan repayments. I think is usually handled through deductions to salary payments when working within the UK so in theory they won't be able to reclaim any repayments if I am being paid within the UK also is that correct? I am not sure if the Student Loans payment systems have changed over the years I have been living out of the UK for over a decade and the predatory inflation of fees and interest rates of the student loans after they went private after I acquired them has made me unlikely to ever be able to pay them back as my salary is too low. However every letter to my old address still costs me upwards of 25 GBP I have been told. Even though they have been informed I do not live at that address anymore. Any advice on either topic would be greatly appreciated.
