Thank you for your prompt reply. It is much appreciated. I have had a look at SACM12150. Is this form and process also applicable to claiming tax relief on personal pension contributions? PS I am so glad I have found this service! -

My self assessment account does not display all 4 previous tax years for which I am still eligible to submit a self assessment - how can I have this corrected please? Thank you.
