CGT on sale of jointly owned property with sibling (not main residence and never rented)
When calculating CGT on the sale of a property I own jointly with a sibling, do we split the profit after allowable deductions and submit to HMRC separately? Is the £3K tax free allowance applicable to each party or do we split that?
