What about the backdating of child benefit?

Thanks. I've just applied for child benefit. How do I get it backdated 3 months? And will the backdating of child benefit be captured under the new or old threshold?

With reference to Self Assessment, is ‘total from all employments’ the same as net adjusted income? I have a salary of £62,843, however my taxable pay for tax year 23/24 is £55,751. With BIK, it takes the total from all employments to £57,529. Therefore, based on the above, would I be entitled to some child benefit if the cut off is £60,000? I understand the threshold has changed for tax year 24/25.
