CT600E Boxes E140, E145, E160 and E165 - these boxes deal with the split between UK and overseas investments. My question is how to classify these: - Investment fund operating in UK but invested in non-UK assets -Investment fund operating overseas but investment is in UK assets Does the classification of UK or overseas investments on the CT600E follow the fund location or the assets it is invested in? Thanks

We paid employer national insurance in Ireland for one of our employees but we also paid it in the UK and are now seeking a refund of the NI paid in the UK. I have been advised by the employer helpline to adjust the FPS however I need to know which National insurance letter code to use - should this be X? Thanks
