Import duties on an ebay item from Japan which was returned. how to claim a refund?
Two months ago, I bought an item from Japan on ebay. It came by Fedex. I returned the item because it did not match the description and got a full refund from the vendor. Still I had to pay the import duty (£105) to Fedex. Can I claim a refund since I returned the item ? Thanks
