Submit SA109 or both SA109 and SA100
I've foreign income, which would not be remitted to UK. I do not need to claim the tax credit relief in UK. I've no UK employment income while my UK saving interest and dividend are below allowance. Should I submit SA109 only or both SA109 and SA100 when claiming the remittance basis for foreign income? do I need to submit SA100 for my tax return? -
Late of register for Self Assessment
Hi, I’m first time to submit tax return in UK, I understand that it was passed the deadline to register for Self Assessment (by Oct). I submitted the registration by SA1 online form on 10-Dec 2022. If I still able to get the Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number for tax return with-in 10 days? If not, am I able to get it by post? Any penalty for the late registration? Thank you for the answer of my questions.
