RE: VAT REGISTRATION FOR NON RESIDENT
All the links that you've shared I have already read it and I have access to it , but I need a confirmation to my understanding . the business owner is not resident in the uk and he used a virtual office address to open his uk company which is in this case meaning he's not established . But he is selling products in amazon uk platform to the uk individual consumers , and amazon receving his bought goods from china in amazon warehouses in the uk and they will strore his products on his behalf in their warehouses and they're going to manage all logistics aspects of his business , so in this scenario this mean he's an established business and he needs to register for vat only when they exceed the 90k threshold , also I read this information in HMRC guidance regarding overseas online sellers in the uk within an online platforms , please confirm the correctness of my understanding as I beleive they're established business despite they have a virtual office because amazon will manage receiving their goods in the uk on their behalf in amazon warehouses, and therefore , will register for vat once they exceed the 90k threshold , please confirm and advise ? -

Now he want to register him as employee for that period to correct the mistake not to register him in his payroll. What is the process that he should do to correct the mistake and to register him backdated ? Thanks,
