My agent has sent me the link to grant authorisation for them to act on my firms behalf. Do I have to be set as an administrator for the link to work when I select it? Or can a standard user select the link? I ask because I am logged into the correct gateway and have vat (tax added) but when I select the link I am taken to a page that says "you are not permitted to see this page"
