Hi HMRC ADMIN, Can a spouse visa holder claim marriage allowance? as the BRP states no recourse to public funds. Checked Public Funds page on GOV.UK but there is no section on Marriage Allowance. Please could you advise if claiming for Marriage Allowance would not be a breach of immigration law/status as do not want this claim to affect future application. Upon reaching out to UK Visas and Immigration; they advised to reach out to HMRC, hence this query. Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanking in anticipation.
