Dear Sir/Madam, I have called the technical line and 03002003600 without any help and spend 5 hours calling these numbers as the wait time is too long. Support helpline says to call technical line and technical line was not able to help me and asked me to look for help online. Now I am writing to you and asking for help and you are sending me to online support helpline.. I don't know who to go for help now. If HMRC helpline can't help me.

Tax year 2023/24- I have submitted Car benefit for only 1 Director in error instead of two. I need to amend P11D(b) and add another Director's Car Benefit to P11D(b). Unfortunately, when I try to amend p11D(b). It does not allow me to add another Directors name and NI details. If I try to submit separate P11D(b) for the 2nd Director a message appears that you have already submitted P11(D)b so you can't submit again. . I want to give P11D(b) breakdown to both individual directors. I would appreciate if you could advise how to correct and submit the P11D(b) for both directors and issue them P11D(b) breakdown separately for their personal tax return. Thank you for your help.
