I work part time and have taken income drawdown from my pension. Just checked my personal tax account and my current employer details have gone and been replaced by my pension provider as my employer?! If I try to delete it it asks me when I left their employment and has ended my current employment with a date. Anyone know why please? Thanks

Hi I wonder if anyone could help me please. I have received a letter today from Self Assessment asking me to complete a self assessment for year ended 5/4/2012? I have logged onto my tax account but there is no request for a self assessment for then and I have completed and submitted 5/4/24 one. Could this just be a computer glitch? Thanks
