CGT for married couples
Hi. I am due to get married in May 2025. I own a house and my fiance does too. We are not intending on living together or selling either house. But when we do choose to sell one or both of them will they be subject to CGT? Do we need to nominate one property even though we won't be living together to avoid having CGT on both of they are sold in the future? Thank you
