  • Self assessment refund delay *SORTED* 'no repayment' signal

    My husband and I were owed a lot of money by HMRC for 11months, our accountant called the agent priority helpline several times without success. I called 0300 200 3310 today to discover that there was a 'no repayment' signal on our accounts (so no repayment could be made unless we telephoned HMRC). No idea how it got there, neither did the agent, however, **the extremely helpful agent Olivia** removed the signals and processed the payments. Our accountant hasn't heard of no repayment signals. **WELL DONE OLIVIA excellent job**
