RE: Self assessment for non UK domiciled
As a resident, who is domiciled in the UK, how are we required to declare our overseas interest income of less than £2000 which is not remitted to UK. -
Unremitted foreign income of less than £2,000/ tax year for a domiciled resident in UK
I am domiciled in UK for last 18 years. I have Unremitted foreign income or gains of less than £2,000 for year 23-24. Is tax due on this amount? Please confirm if The remittance of taxation applies automatically to those with unremitted foreign income or gains of less than £2,000 per tax year for both domiciled and non-domiciled in UK.
