Hi I started to complete the NRL1 form, but came across couple of questions I need help with. 1. date you left the UK - I left UK in november, initially for holiday and eventually as I decided to stay for more than 3 months I registered with police and got EU resident certificate allowing me to stay pass the 3 months in January. Do I put november or january date on the form? 2. who is responsible for handling your UK rental income? - the option is agent or tenant. I dont have agent, tenant pays me rent directly and I file the self assessment. Should I choose tenant? thank you
