Hi, does breaks counts towards working out a national living wage for the employee? E.g. employee work Mon-Fri 9.30 - 17.45 with 45mins. break and is paid monthly. Therefore he 's at work for 8.25 hrs each day but excluding break he works for 7.5hrs. Do we apply £11.44 to 8.25hrs or 7.5hrs? Thanks

Hi, we are looking into exporting goods from GB to Poland (entering into EU through France). Do we need a transit declaration?
