Happy New Year!! I’m the non-resident landlord and My agent help to submitted It is that the tax return by courier for the tax year of 2022-2023 is by 15 Jun 2023 and got confirmation. But, I still not receive a letter of HMRC ("Notice to complete a Self Assessment tax return") to remind me to file my return. Regarding this reminder letter. At last year. I just can receive the letter to remind to pay the penalty of the last submission (Self Assessment tax return) and late payment . I don't want any penalty for my delay of the submission due to misunderstanding of the submission date. Please confirm. Thank you.
