Capital Gain Tax for BNO Resident
Dear Sir/Madam I am from Hong Kong and I plan to immigrate to UK by end of Sep 2024 via BNO visa scheme. I have bought some investment fund in HK but it will be matured by Jan 2025, I wonder if this kind of capital gain will be subject to tax on UK or not. If yes, may I know if there is any grace period for my investment after I landed to UK? Many Thanks Allan Lau
