How do I change the default tax code used when calculating a self assessment submission? My tax code should be 1382M and is shown elsewhere and on my P60 but is not used when calculating my tax from my self assessment submission leading to an incorrect tax quote.

How do I change the tax code that automatically gets applied to my self assessment form and used to calculate the tax due. My P60 shows my correct tax code of 1382M but the calculation breakdown of my self assessment submission shows £12,570 being used. This results in an incorrect value being calculated.
