Hi Not sure if I miss it in this thread, but I am in a similar situation. I solely own my property and have gifted 100% of my property to my husband with a declaration of trust recently. Since we are not jointly holding the property, I understand that we shouldn't need form 17, but how do we register this declaration of trust with HMRC? Thanks! Karen
