where is my repayment?
in previous years when HMRC owed me money after my tax return had been processed it automatically made the refund. When did this change to having to apply for a repayment? And why, when I applied for a repayment on FEB 28th is it still not being processed? This is so unfair, if it was the other way round you'd be chasing me down the road by now.
