I would like to pay a shortfall and have been referred to this page https://www.gov.uk/pay-class-2-national-insurance/make-online-telephone-bank-transfer However, this makes reference to living temporarily abroad and I live abroad permanently so I do not know how to pay from Australia?

I have a letter with details of my shortfall but I can’t see any details of how to pay from Australia?
