I applied for the married persons allowance in April 22 and it was confirmed. I see the £1260 deducted from my wife's personal allowance in her self assessment pages but I don't receive it in mine; my allowance remains £12570. My tax code ends in M so the adjustment has been made there for PAYE purposes but I cannot reconcile in my self assessment. How is it supposed to work? Jerry
