Hi How do i report on a house sale in joint names . Do we have to do two reports in both names ?? the house was brought for £150k and sold for £285k so do split the amounts in half doing two reports like brought for £75k and sold for £142.5k and halving what we have spent on all fee's estate agent / solicitors / stamp duty / new boilers
