Difference in maternity Allowance paid vs in letter
Hi team, Greetings!! I received my 1st maternity allowance in my bank account but noticed that the amount credited to my bank account is less than the amount mentioned in the Department of Work & Pension letter. It is almost a 40 GBP difference (which means I am receiving less as per letter amount). The amount mentioned in letter is 184.03 GBP / week but the SMS which i received it mentioned 144 GBP. I tried calling 0800169 0283/0286 but there is a long wait and the call got disconnected. So please look in to my matter.
