Tax Refund and Tax Debt
I have not had access to the HMRC app and just did today. I discovered I have a refund for 2022/2023 tax year but I did not receive any mail and I have changed addresses. I have updated my new address today via the app. 1. How do I get access to this refund? 2 Can this refund be used to defray indebtedness for 2023/2024 tax year? Thanks.
