Wanted to update my progress with this issue for future visitors. I called the number for the VAT team, was told to complete the form on the VAT checker result page "Is this page not working properly" fill in the form and submit. That was then forwarded to the tech team and rectified in 2 and a bit days. Re ported on the Monday working midday on the Wednesday. -

How quickly can this issue be resolved. This is causing my business thousands a day in lost sales. I need my VAT number to be recognised on the VAT checker NOW. I need this done today, please help as this issue of yours is costing my business thousands every day. Fix this problem NOW! Paul Smith
