Any help please? I can't even get through to student finance on the phone. Completely no help available on this.

I filled out last years tax return for my rental income in November 2023 and when I did it added a £500 balancing charge for student loans to my total owed. I paid it no problem but nothing has since been taken off my student loan. When I rang the student loans company they said they have recieved nothing from HMRC but it will be by end of the tax year. Unfortunately I cannot get hold of HMRC for the usual reasons I.e. I sit on the phone for an hour only to eventually be cut off with no explanation. I need help on this and am desperate so now using this forum...
