Hi I was told on jan4th,I would be sent cheque for tax rebate 3400 didn't arrive,then told another one sent march the 4th still didn't arrive,I was told couldn't be paid by bacs as hmrc dosent have access to bacs,I originally applied for overpaid tax Aug 4th,what is the problem,I need my money to survive
