Income tax liability on offshore pension trust closure and transferred to the UK?
When winding up a Retirement Annuity Trust Scheme (RATS) on Guernsey is there any tax liability on transferring the proceeds to the UK under an inheritance, he original RATS beneficiary having died domiciled in Guernsey? Guernsey income tax has been paid on closure of the RATS.
