working out my private residence relief for capital gains tax
HI , just struggling working what my relief is wondering if you could help . I bought a house 2nd October 2002 . I live in as my main residence up until 1st December 2017 . I then moved in with my partner in her house and rented my house out . I then bought another house in February 2021 which became my main residence . my first house, i continued to rent out until January 2024 . after tidying the house and then put on market and finally sold on the 13th September 2024
