My accountant has not filed any partnership returns for any of 4 accounting periods to date of cessation of the Partnership on 31/05/2021. Despite the fact that he was appointed in 2017 and draft accounts have been prepared since March 2022. Can the Nominated Partner have him removed with HMRC without the agreement of The Personal Representatives of the other deceased partner?
