Where the money is paid is between you and your employer. If UK tax resident and domicile then it will all be liable in the UK anyway and there will be no tax implications if your then transfer it from UAE to the UK.

Hi,
It can take until the end of September for HMRC to upload all P11D information to records. At this point the system will perform the end of year calculation and you will receive a P800 if there is an overpayment or underpayment of tax for the year. We will also adjust your tax code if required.

The advice was that if you took the income as dividends rather than profit you would be liable on the dividends. You will not be taxed twice.

Hi,
HMRC cannot advise on whether you are UK tax resident for the year or not. You will need to use the Statutory residence test to determine this on your own personal circumstances.

As it is self assessment, we cannot tell you what figure to complete. If you file by paper, you can leave blank and we will calculate it for you. If online, you need to enter a figure.
