  • RE: UK resident, non-UK incorporated company Corporation Tax application

Hi This is the form I am referring to: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/guidance/register-a-uk-resident-non-uk-incorporated-company-for-corporation-tax/start/about-this-guidance And this was the reference number I was given upon completion of said form: 2502555555 The advice I need is general, I just need to know where anyone (not just me) would input this reference number to review the status of the application. Should it be outside your purview to respond specifically about my individual application progress here, then that would be perfectly acceptable and I would be more than happy to retrieve the details myself once directed to the appropriate place/webpage etc. Regarding contacting the Corporation Tax helpline, I thought they specifically state to have your Unique Tax Reference ready so that they can help – this is what I am applying to get, so I do not currently have one to reference. Thanks
  • UK resident, non-UK incorporated company Corporation Tax application

Hi, I do not have a UTR since my company (an LLC) does not trade within the UK, but it is considered UK resident by nature of its beneficial owners UK residency, and so it needed to be registered for corporation tax. I filled out the form “Register a UK resident, non-UK incorporated company for Corporation Tax” on the HMRC website and was given a reference number for said application. I posted the relevant documents as instructed well over a month ago now and wanted to check on the status of the application. Where can I input the reference number I was given so that I can find details about the application? I can’t seem to find anywhere to input this number on the HMRC website. Thanks
