I only have one ISA, it’s a cash ISA that matured (with interest) at the end of the 2023/24 tax year. My question is: can I transfer this existing cash ISA to another provider in the 2024/25 tax year and still open a new cash ISA, using my new £20k allowance, with a new provider for the 2024/25 tax year? Or do I have to leave the 2023/24 tax year ISA with the original provider?
