hi there, I need a document that proves UK Tax Residency to present to a foreign tax authority. There are no tax reclaims to be made on the back of it, but document needed solely to confirm my UK residence status (passport and bills are not accepted by the foreign authority). Can Certificate of Residence be requested in this case? Thanks
