My parents purchased a house before 1988, my father took early retirement due to ill health around 1987 - 1988. They gifted the property to their children in the 1990's. My father died in 2013, but my mother has continued to live in the property as a widow, but has recently died. Are we now able to sell the property and claim DRR on CGT?
