Very poor service on pension forecast making it impossible to get forecast or claim
17/4/24 Requested pension forecast by telephone told would be 5-6 weeks NOTHING RECEIVED 12/6/24 Rang again, told it has not been actioned and it would be marked as urgent and that I would get a text to say it is being dealt with NOTHING RECEIEVED 16/7/24 Telephoned again told by Chloe letter has been sent 11/7/24 NOTHING RECEIVED. 22/7/24 Rang again told NO letter has been sent and the request still not actioned 30/7/24 Phoned again Joanna put me on hold didn’t come back 30/7/24 Melissa informed me nothing has been actioned her manager will call me back NO CALL 5/8/24 Phoned again Margo said no action has been taken and she would get her manager to phone back same day NO CALL 6/8/24 Decided to just claim it. halfway Chelsea through said her computer has shut down then dropped the line 6/8/24 Paul started the claim asked me my phone number before I could give it dropped the line 6/824 Mark ( I asked him not to drop the line) said the claim probably would not go through, wanted to send out a paper form. Eventually took me through it looked like it was going through but then said an NI incompatibility for 2023 is blocking it ( no longer pay NI) so he would have to contact HMRC didn’t know how long it will take Result nearly 4 months later no forecast, no pension, no explanation, zero service just a stone wall. It seems to me everything possible is being done to avoid/block my requests. From mis information to dropping the line.
