I have submitted the registration of self assessment 3 times and still cannot receive any reply / letter of UTR no. The 1st submission was on 10 May 2024 while the 2nd submission was on 8 Jun 2024. No response for these two submissions. The 3rd submission was on 6 Aug 2024 and this time I received the email which notified me the wrong address in HMRC system. After I updated my details and now I still have no reply from HMRC. I am so confused while I don't know whether HMRC already judged I am not necessary to do the self assessment or I still need to provide any information.
