Was hoping simply to be told if the service was working rather than a generic help message. Already tried both of the options on there that don’t involve a potentially lengthy phone wait.

I’ve tried several times over the weekend to request a refund but I just get a page saying not available you can use this service later. Is it working now if not how long will it be. Then the frustration of having to enter ID info because the number of logins to check if it working yet throws a potential fraud flag!!!
