Non-residential Landlord Scheme
Hi, HMRC approves my application to NRLS to receive rent without tax deducted from 1 July 2022. I requested this as I thought I was going to be transferred to another country in July. Because of several external factors the transfer finally never happened and it is not going to. Therefore, I was wondering if I should let HMRC know that I am (and I have always been as the transfer never happened) a UK-resident landlord. Thanks.
