Which The Deadline of submitting paper form should be accurate?
The official deadline is 31 October 2024. But I received a letter from HMRC that " If you file a paper return , you have less and must file your return by 31 October 2024 (or 3 months after the date of this notice, whichever is later) . The letter was dated as 30 August 2024 and it should be 30 November 2024. Furthermore, the tax return options in my online HMRC account shows the file on paper by 06 DEC 2024. Could you give me advise on the accurate deadline ? This is the 1st year I do the self accessment and apply for SA109. Thx much !
