Hi, If my employer sponsors me for my application to ILR visa and pays/reimburses the (i) visa fee of GBP2,885; and (ii) additional service charge for expedited process of GBP1,000, is any of these two fees taxable for me as Benefit In Kind? Do I need to pay income tax for these two fees paid by or reimbursed by my employer? Thank you.
